College Park East Seal Beach is conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from Old Town Seal Beach. This sprawling Seal Beach suburb is popular among families with a more conservative housing budget and a desire to be within the Los Alamitos School District. 

 

Due to the central location of this neighborhood, residents enjoy close proximity to the nearby Old Ranch Country Club, Seal Beach Tennis Center, and numerous parks. Because there are no apartment buildings in this area, there is ample street parking with numerous cul-de-sacs where children often play in front of their homes.
