Hello to each person that clicked on the name that starts with an “X”. Hi! My name is Xacil (Za-Cil) Archuleta. I am new to the Real Estate side, but I am not new to the industry. For nearly 20 years I have been in property management as a Community HOA manager and Regional Property Manager. The first part of my career I managed Homeowners Associations (HOA’s). It was during this time I set a goal for myself to go for my Real Estate license. I met that goal in January 2020. I decided at that time I would use my license to continue managing properties. Only this time around I moved to managing residential and commercial rental properties. My managing portfolios ranged from single family homes, individual condos, duplex/triplex, multi-dwelling apartment buildings (up to 22 units), and small commercial retail centers. I spent a lot of time on the road familiarizing myself with various cities & neighborhoods in Orange County and LA County. Most importantly, I learned what it takes to maintain the value of each individual property. With that being said, after my many years in property management, I decided it is my time to put away that jacket. And, it is about time that I put out my new shiny Real Estate coat. I want to make my past tenants into future homeowners.
Just a few fun facts about where I come from and who I am. I grew up in our family home located in Long Beach, Ca., with my mom, dad and my two older brothers. We are a close knit family and over the years it has grown with the addition of my 2 nieces and nephew. I have had a close group of friends since high school that are an extension of my family. I am a proud citizen of Long Beach and love all that it has to offer. The cultural diversity is reflected in the art and music that can be seen and heard all over town. I spent a few years in Bellflower, CA but recently moved back to Long Beach with my boyfriend and our sweet or fiesty cat, Alva. I am a lover of music and believe it is the language of the world. I enjoy introducing a new artist(s) or new genres to people and vice-versa. (Don't be alarmed when I burst into a song mid convo!). I have enjoyed traveling to other states to experience live music. I am hoping to add a few countries to that traveling list in the near future. Singing and dancing will always bring me to a happy place. My favorite food is pizza, I like to try as many pizza joints as possible. My favorite flowers are hydrangeas in purple and pink, although almost all flowers are beautiful to me. I put together my own flower arrangements for fun and place them all over my home. Most recently, I started to get into baking. I always challenge myself to make everything from scratch, so far it all has been delicious.
As your representative agent I will bring baked goods but most importantly, I will always give a 100% and make for the best possible outcome. Even if it is not a perfect fit, I will guide you to the right place. I want my knowledge, professionalism and commitment to be the reasons there is trust and confidence with your real estate needs.
