Having lived in Seal Beach, California, for years, Rhonda Buchanan and her husband wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. “We love this small, friendly community by the beach,” she says. “You see your friends and neighbors at the grocery store, and you see your friends and neighbors when you’re out to dinner or shopping. There’s always time to stop for a quick chat.” Beyond Seal Beach, Rhonda serves Southern California, including Long Beach, Lakewood, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, Cerritos, Cypress, Garden Grove, Brea, Carson, Riverside, and Claremont, as a real estate professional.
Rhonda became a real estate professional in 2014. But her real estate career actually began three decades ago as a transaction coordinator. She began studying for her real estate license, but then her life took a different path. Instead, she worked as a flight attendant and gained experience she still values — hard work, integrity, determination, communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence.
The same values drive Rhonda’s enthusiasm as a real estate professional. “There is so much joy and excitement when I am chosen to help someone buy or sell a home,” she says. She remains dedicated to personalized service, working relentlessly on each client’s behalf and building long-lasting relationships.
In her spare time, Rhonda and her husband, Bill, enjoy marlin fishing and spending time at their Colorado river home. They love cowboy hats and country music, good food, being with family and friends, and laughing and playing with their two beautiful granddaughters.
